Components of transmitter
Thermocouple: K. E. S. B. T. N.
Output: Within range, output DC 4-20mA is in linear with the resistance signal input by thermal resistor, or in linear with millivolt signal input by thermocouple.
Basic error: Design formulas =l2
L means the basic output error allowed by thermocouple (thermal resistance)
2 is the basic error output by transmitter 2= ± 0.5%FS
Transmitter way: Two wire system.
Lowest working voltage is 12V, and highest is 35V. Rated voltage: 24V
Load: The limit load resistance is calculated as follows:
RL(max)=50X(Vmim-12) (The resistance can be selected from 0 to 600Ω In 24V, and rated resistance is 250Ω )
Normal working environment:
A. Ambient temp: -25centigrade~80centigrade(not higher than 70centigrade in dangerous occasion).
B. Relative humidity: 5%~95%.
C. Mechanical vibration: F≤ 55Hz, amplitudeD, No corrosive medium around the transmitter
Influences of environment: ≤ 0.05%/1centigrade
