Introduction of spiral separator :
spiral separator for ore are gravity concentrators and separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity,centrifugall force and other forces in the fluid medium.It has extremely good performance and effects in processing placer of beach,riverside,seashore and stream.
Ganye Spirals are made of polyurethane lined fiber glass with wearable corundum inner surface.
Application of spiral separator :
This machine is applicable for selecting materials with size 0.02--0.3mm, such as iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, azorite, rutile, monazite, phosphorite, oxide ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore and other nonferrous metals with distinct specific gravity difference, and rare matels and nonmetal minerals. The concentrating process is stable and easy to control with this spiral chut, allowing feeding thickness change to a large extent.
