Operating Step 1:

Cutting the hollow pipe in sizes as customer’s request.

Operating Step 2:

Adopt automatic machines to drill holes on the upper end.

Operating Step 3:

Make the pipe heated and softened in tail end with heating machine.

Put the heat pipe into the pipe-shrinking machine promptly to make the tail end into cone-shape.

Operating Step 4:

.Use the Screw-thread automatic welding machine to welding the screw-thread surround the whole pipe automatically and most effectively.

.Hand welding the flange on the upper top of the pipe skillfully and meticulously.
