We have made several large ore dressing lines at home and abroad.  Primary Impact Crusher In Sand Production Line Brief Introduction of Primary Impact Crusher: PFW series impact crusher is applied to crushing medium and high hardness brittle material such as various ore, slag and concrete .Because of the big reductionratio, high contentof cubic products and big specific surface area, the equipment is widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramic industries for fine grinding. Features of Primary Impact Crusher: 1.The optimized-design crushing cavity and heavy rotor structure make equipment production increases by more than 20% and the operation is more stably. 2.Unique wedge block assembly locks plate hammer tightly. The contact surface of plate hammer and rotor are reprocessed so that the board hammer lock is more safe and reliable. 3.The plate hammer can be invert used with 25% higher utilization rate. 4.Monolithic bearing, larger size bearing are adopted to make the machine have the greater carrying capacity and longer service life. 5.Hydraulic open top device and hydraulic adjusting discharge gate device make the replacement for wearing parts faster and easier. 6.The selection of high quality alloy wear-resistant parts ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.  Working Principle of Primary Impact Crusher: When the machine works, the rotor rotates with high speed when the crusher is driven by motor.  Materials enter crushing chamber and impact with hammers on the rotor, and are thrown to impact plate for being crushed, and then are rebounded back to hammers for being crushed again.  The materials enter the first chamber, the second chamber, and the third chamber for being crushed repeatedly until they are crushed into suitable size.  The final product is discharged from the outlet.  Product size and shape can be adjusted by adjusting space between impact plate and rotor.    Technical Parameters of Primary Impact Crusher: *Technical parameters-PFW three-cavity impact crusher
