Function:
Used in rubber, plastic and chemical material plastication and mixing, suitable for shoes materials, chemical raw materials, tires, seals, conveyor belt and other rubber and plastic industry.
Features:
1. Mixing Chamber
It consists of M-shaped milling slot and two side plates. Thw slot is made of high quality abrasion-resistant steeel. The jacked structure is for cooling and heating. Tge ubterbak surface is coated with hard chrome.
2. Temperature Measuring Equipment
The central base of the mixing chamber is designed with wear-resisiting, sensitivity plug-in thermal resistance sensor, which is connected with electric control system to monitor and control the mixing temperature.
3. Rotor
It is made of train shaft materials with high prscision treatment. THe driving force is good. It has long and short tib rotors. THere is a hole connecting through with the inner cavity of the rib for better cooling effect. The rid peak and end face build-up weld is made of abrasive hard metal alloy. It is polished after grinding and hard chrome plating.
4. Heating and Cooling System
Using a fun of pipeline system for cooling or heating medium(water, steam or oil) in three road into ribbed, mixing chamber and top peg for the cooling or heating of materials.
5. Nload Turnovr Mechanism
BY the beake motor, cycloid speed reducer and copper turbine structure mechanical turnover, promote the mixing chamber unload turn 140 degrees.
6. Dust-proofing and Sealing Device
