So this pelleting system consists of CH Slot Mixer, XL extruding granulator, QZL pelletizer, GFG high efficient fluid bed dryer and ZS vibration sieve. 3.The specification is decided by your capacity. Work principle of PPL pelleting system: First, the row material will be added into the CH Slot Mixer, by Machinery transmission, the machine makes stirring oar rotate, drive material turning fro-and-to, after even mixing, add the binder, then made into the required damp material which conforms next step. Second, by using the CH mixing, you can get wet material in the first step, and in this step, the equally mixed soft material are forced to pass the sieve under the extrusion force of grinding impeller (by using the machine XL extruding granulator), then the uniformed length column grain will be obtained by the cutting force of outside scrape impellers. After finished Extrusion Granulation in the last step, feeding damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk (by using QZL pelletizer), start fan and then start rotating centrifugal disk. It can make the damp granule undertaken the action of air floating force in ring gap, rotating centrifugal strength and gravity itself, appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet. In this step, the Wet ball shape Granules are introduced into the GFG High Efficiency Fluid-Bed Dryer In the last step, the dried pellet will be introduced into the ZS vibration sieve, by sieving the uniform size pellet can be obtained.
