Q1: How many types of Concrete Batching Plant you have ?
A1:We have Stationary type capacity from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Hauling mobile type capacity from 25m3/h ~100m3/h.
Stationary type for aggregate feeding, we have Skip Hopper type (25m3/h ~75m3/h) and Delivery Belt type(60m3/h ~ 240m3/h)
All hauling mobile plant use large angle Groove belt for aggregate feeding.
Q2: What`s the capacity of Concrete batching plant do you have?
A2:We have Stationary type from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Mobile type from 25m3/h~100m3/h.
Q3: Is the Belt conveyor necessary ?
A3:Small capacity (Below 60m3/h) normally use Skip Hopper to feed aggregate, no need to use belt conveyor.
While for large capacity,( 56653405,Larger than 60m3h), normally use Delivery belt to raise efficiency.
