Contact   BRS Acrylic emulsion (polyacrylate emulsion) cement mortar 1. Production Description  Acrylic emulsion waterproof anti-corrosion mortar is made of emulsion waterproof latex, special cement materials, and high-quality aggregate according to the special process. Acrylic emulsion is a kind of polymer molecular modification of polymer waterproof anti-corrosion system. Acrylic emulsion waterproof/anti-corrosive mortar has long service life and construction is convenient; long term soaking in the water, service life is more than 50 years.  The mortar has excellent properties for adhesion, crack resistance, frost resistance, seepage control(anti-permeability), anti-corrosive, resistance to chloride ion penetration, abrasion resistance, aging resistance; it is suitable for water conservancy, port engineering, highway, bridge, metallurgy, chemical industry and anti-seepage and anti-corrosion protective and repairing engineering of industrial and civil construction steel structure and reinforced concrete structure. 2. Application  1. the reinforcement of concrete building structure, waterproof and plugging of civil air defense facilities  2. seepage prevention of dam sand ports  3. chemical corrosion building such as hot pool, Fresh Kills Landfill, chemical warehouse and chemical tank etc..  4. concrete repair of pavement, bridge floor, tunnel and culvert  5. leakage treatment of industrial and civil architecture roofing, toilet, basement  6. steel structure and reinforced concrete waterproof 7. can be directly worked in wet construction, has good binding power with various base material .   3. Introduction of the construction   (1) conditions of usage    1. the appropriate construction environment temperature of the acrylic mortar is 10~35 ℃; when construction environment temperature is below 5 ℃, the heat and heat preservation measures should be taken. Do not construct in the wind, rain or direct sunlight environment of high temperature.   2. acrylic mortar should not be constructed on cement mortar that curing period less than 3 days or concrete base.   3. when purchasing acrylic-emulsion separately and mixing cement mortar in construction site by yourself, cement mark should be no less than the 42.5 p.o and  aggregate should be clean river sand and quartz sand that not more than 2.5 mm.    The ratio of cement to sand is 1:1.2; the content of acrylic emulsion of one ton of cement mortar is 38-50.    In order to make the mortar reach to the corresponding product performance index and obtain a better construction, some additives can be added appropriately such as  stabilizing agent, defoaming agent, PH regulator etc..   4. when using the finished mortar, acrylic-emulsion content will be reduced and the minimum can be as low as 15-20% of mortar weight.   (2)Base processing   1.the base surface should be flat, rough, clean and have no greasy dirt, sugaring, hollowing, cracks and other phenomenon. Before the construction, it should be washed by high pressure water and keep wet state and have no ponding when construction.    2. when the construction is on the steel interface, the base surface should be without oil, rust and derusting grade is appropriate for the ST 3. For weld joint and parts of the lap joint, the construction should be after leveling with acrylic mortar.   (3) Steps of use   1. painted with acrylic-emulsion cement paste should be taken before plastered with acrylic-emulsion cement; paste is according to: cement is 100-200: acrylic-emulsion is 38-50 adding. According to the construction need it should be added suitable amount of modifier and besmearing while paving acrylic-emulsion cement mortar. If the base surface is coarse, flat and under the condition of meeting the construction requirements, it can also smear the ground-in acrylic emulsion waterproof anti-corrosion mortar directly.   2.construction area of mortar should not be too great one time; to stagger the construction; each area should not be greater than 12m²and stripe width should not be more than 1.5 m; time interval of seams or piecewise staggered construction should not be less than 24 h.      Joint batten or PVC should be set in advance at the base level, then take out the joint batten after mortar plastering and fill the seam after 24 h. When construction by course, seam location should be staggered.    3. acrylic-emulsion cement mortar should be immediately wiped after completion of the paving and should be screeding at a time and should not repeated screeding. To  prick and compact the bubble when meet with and the surface should be compacted.   4. when constructing on the facade and the layer thickness is greater than 10 mm, layered construction should be taken and layering thickness of plaster for 5-10 mm. The next layer construction can be taken when the front layer of is dry and not sticky.   5. after 12h to 24h waterproof acrylic-emulsion cement mortar construction, it should be followed by a layer of cement paste.   (4) Maintenance    after smearing acrylic-emulsion cement mortar, to maintain by spray or covering plastic film or bag when surface is dry to non-stick hand. Around the plastic film should be sealed, maintenance cycle is best moisture curing for 7 days, then natural curing for 21 days. 4.Packaging and storage 1, the product packaging specifications for 20 kg/barrel or 50 kg/barrel, dry mortar in accordance with the 25 kg/bag. 2, should be stored in a dry indoor and ventilated, moistureproof, prevent the rain environment, the shelf life of 6 months. 3, waterproof acrylic-emulsion cement mortar, non-toxic, tasteless, no radiation, accord with environmental protection requirement, according to general cargo storage      Product Catalog 1. Grouting materials . 2. Railway /highway engineering materials . 3. Engineering and crack repair series . 4. Waterproofing mortar . 5. Floor materials . 6. Superfine cement . 7. Building materials . 8. Waterproof Coating materials . 9. Waterproof agent series . 10.
