Filtration properties of foam nickel:
1,Nickel is more than 99% of the total content. the rest is a small amount of carbon and chemical sediment.
2,Filter Precision
now our PPI is 5-130PPI between, and Filter Precision  is 5mm—200um between.It can achieve 3-50um.
3,permeability .
as to water, each ppi can achieve 95-98%. Although the Fluid resistance of high PPI value is bigger, its permeability not less than 80% to Different liquid.
4,corrosion resistance.
 Nickel have good mechanical strength and ductility,refractory and the characteristics of no oxidation in the air. Its face can form  density oxidation film in the wet air oxidation  at room temperature .This density oxidation film can prevent base meta to constant oxidation. hydrochloric acid,  sulfuric acid,  organic acid and alkaline solution have an extremely slow erosion to nickel. The nickle will slowly dissolve  in dilute nitric acid . The Strong nitric acid can make nickle's face  passivation with corrosion resistance. The Nickle like platinum and palladium, when it was passivated, it will absorb a large amount of hydrogen.  The particle size is smaller, and the absorbed dose is larger.
 Application: Rectifying column packing, Condenser heat transfer materials, the  carrier of Chemical catalyst materials,  electromagnetic shielding material, filter material , High-grade decorative materials and so on.
