Product introduction
The plastic security network used underground in the coal mine is a kind of "double-resistant" plastic network developed independently by our company. The product is convenient to operate with the advantage of low cost and beautiful outlook. The main characteristic is that it is not easy to static friction and has good flame retardancy, anti-corrosion and it is convenient in the construction and transport to facilitate coal washing both vertically and horizontally to carrying capacity.
Product Features
The product is based on polypropylene as the main raw materials, through flame-retardant, anti-static treatment, the bi-oriented approach taken by the formation of the overall structure of the grid network.
1. Attrition is not easy to cause static friction. In the coal mine environment, the average surface resistance of plastic net is below 1*109;
2. Good flame-retardant performance. It can only melt but not burn in the fire environment even if the fire burning from the 10s up to be put out;
3. It can facilitate coal washing. This plastic net density is about 0.92, less than the density of water. In coal washing process, the broken mesh floating in the water, easy to wash off;
4. Strong anti-corrosion, anti-aging;
5. Facilitate the construction and transportation. The plastic network is relatively soft so that it is not easy scratch workers in the construction. And also it is easy to curl bunding, tailoring, and has the advantage of light weight and therefore easy to underground transport, carry and construction;
6. Has strong carrying capacity in vertical and horizontal direction. After extrusion and stretching process of the plastic, the molecular of material is re-orientated. The tensile strength of the material is 2-3 times than before. The formation of two-way stretch tendons and rib each other vertically, this structures enables the surface to exert pressure in the network node through effective transfer to the four ribbed tendons, thus greatly enhance the network capacity to face the overall pressure. When an external force is imposed to a certain tendons(or rib), external uniform will also be distributed to other bas(or ribs) on the lower concentration for a single cut-off ability which is not easy rib fracture caused by gluten. Second, as a result of this network is a two-way stretch plastic rather than woven, the small mesh creep and uniform size can effectively prevent the failing pieces of coal to protect the safety of mine worker and mine car's running.
Product Function
The product is mainly used at the time of protection for the exploitation of coal mine and also can be used as anchor of roadway, roadway support, anchor spray roadway and other material support. When used in the fake top, be sure to use double-deck joint above.
