4. The water addition can go up to 6% in a single cycle.

5. Compact design for small footprint and convenience of upgrading the existing mill.

6. Removable lateral enclosure by screwing off, convenient to maintenance.

7. Stainless steel is used for all the parts in contact with stock to assure food sanitation

8. Self purging feature of the dual-rotor system.

ZSH Dampening Machine is used in the wetting process of wheat flour processing, which can achieve the best grinding efficiency and effect, and also can be used in the malt water section of breweries.
