Product Introduction Grate ball mill’s end cap with a hallow bolster bearing on the discharge end is installed with inner bearing sleeve and discharge grate. The discharge grate consists of center lining board, grate lining board and dustpan-shaped lining board. On the inner wall of the end cap are 8 fillets in radial pattern, separating the end cap into 8 fan rooms, each room equipped with a dustpan-shaped lining board fixed on the end cap with nut bolts and the a great plate is installed on the fan room formed by dustpan-shaped lining boards. Grate plate falls into two structural patterns: A: two plates unit into one and are pressed by a drill key which is fixed on the end cap through the fillets with nut bolts and the central part is sealed and supported by central lining board to as to prevent them from falling down; B: two plates unit into one and are fixed by nut bolts. The central lining board is starlike and consists of 2 plates, fixed on filet with nut bolts.   Main functions It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and the glass ceramic production industry.       Principle of Operation Holes on the grate lining board are arranged slantwise with width expanding toward the direction of discharge end to prevent the ore pulp from flowing backwards and blocking caused by coarse particles. Ore pulp flows into the fan room through the hole on the grate lining board below the discharge end and then moves upward along with the cylinder rotation and then be discharged through holes. Inside the hallow bolster bearing is a wear sleeve with one end in the shape of trumpet leaves to as to guide the ore pulp to flow out of the machine. In such a kind of mill machine, ore pulp flows out of the machine through the discharge equipment on grate plate.     Advantages   1. Discharge end adopts cone design to increase capacity and force the grading of steel balls of the end of cone since the closer to the end, the smaller the steel ball is, so as to increase the repeated milling and improve the fitness;   3. It adopts groove-type ring lining board for the purpose of more pellet contact surface and better milling effect, to lift the cores and reduce power; 4.
