1. Applications: It is mainly used for mechanical properties such as bending, tensile, compression testing and analysis of metal, non-metallic materials, can be tested and provide data in accordance with GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS and other international standards. Computerized or stand alone controllers are selected to match expectations for test setup, data capture, monitoring, analysis and test reporting. The load frame features robust high quality dual column ball screws selected for full scale loading. Frame options include extended columns and wide width versions made-to-order. A high resolution digital encoder measures and control crosshead travel, speed and position. Precision servomotors deliver rated forces and test speeds. One or more load cells are selected to match test resolution needs.
