Standard production steps:
1st Picking and cutting: A workebench machine, aka worker table, to cut the roots off vegetables. The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt on top and will carry the vegetables forward to next machine, and we can customize it with another conveyor belt at the bottom of the machine so that the waste and unnecessary parts of vegetables will be carried out to a trash bin.
2nd Cutting: We will recommend a veg cutter machine based on your capacity per hour to cut the fresh materials into shreds or small pieces.
3rd Washing: Of all the vegetable washing machine, a vortex washer would be the most recommended one for cleaning salad.
4th Drying: We would recommend a centrifugal spinning drying machine for removing the excess water off vegetables.
The leafy vegetables usually refer to celery, cabbage, spinach, parsley, etc.. We can offer you a solution of processing line based on your information and requirements. But we need the basic information of your space area, vegetables processing capacity, worker numbers and other details before we can customize food processing solutions for you.
For example, the washing machine will be a standard air bubble washing machine equipped with ozone function. And the cutting machine will be a double inlets cutting machine that can cut leafy veg and roots veg at the same time. That means we can cut cabbage and carrot at the same time. As for the drying machine, we can customize it with a frequency transformer so that we can change the speed of spinning according to different vegetables.
