Description

 

Palletizer is suitable for palletizing of carton, plastic crate, shrink wrapped pack and five gallon bottle etc. It consists of case feed, marshalling station, pusher, pallet feeding etc. Optional interlayer adding device keeps the layer more stable, it can be designed for different palletizing requirements with capacity ranging from 24000 to 72000BPH.

Main structure and principle

 

1. Roller conveyor and pack turning device

It can rotate the pack 90 ° when the pack needs to rotate 90°it is in a position of pack rotation and the block activated by the cylinder.

2. Two speed belt conveyor

There are two belts front and back, speed of them is different. The distance between two packs increased when pack passes the belts.

3. Classification yard has the function of pack arranging, which can arrange the packs to needed palletizing type.

4. There is a device to monitor packs, and adjust the production speed according to the monitoring data.

5. Automatic control counting and sensor cooperating, the rod pushes the packs on to the transit board, the packs are arranged to a layer then palletized (the counting sensor installed at the entry of classification yard.

6. Palletizing

The structure simple, compact and high efficiency, stable performance, easy adjustment when changing pack size, can satisfy different customer requirements.

The main machine moving wheel choosing Sweden FAG brand, main driving shaft choosing good brand, linear bearing using (Taiwan Jinheng), to ensure long term and stable running.

7. Pallet dispenser

It can release from full pallet and collect for each single empty pallet, can store 10-15 pallets.

8. Pallet conveyor

Usingφ89 carbon steel or stainless steel pallet roller conveyor, side plate made of high quality carbon structural steel and surface baking finish and anti-rust, using Harbin or NSK bearing, pallet protection for front and back position of forklift.

Sensor control, it will stop when there is no pallet, to saving energy.

9. Simple structure and easy to maintain, control cabinet doors are fitted with sealing strip, with good quality ventilation and filtration device. It equipped with multi-layer alarm indicator, the touch panel can display a different fault (fault to be reset, automatic fault reset, running indication etc.) The program design is reasonable, function of fault indicating. The machine will stop when the pallet falling and loosing.

Equipment material and baking varnish

 

1. Equipment material

A:Pack conveyor and pallet conveyor made of stainless steel, side plate made of high quality carbon steel, surface baking crude silver paint (Different customer requirements)

B:Main transmission parts 45 # steel (key parts 40Cr) after heat treatment and surface treatment, rack, frame and others made of high quality carbon steel.

2. Baking varnish

A: Machine frame SAZ 2.5 sandblasted, accord with SIS standards and by solvent degreasing.

B: Blasting in the160o C Oven. Neat appearance, bright color, deep blue color (depending on the different requirements of customers) as basic color, a reasonable match. Moving parts and safety fence use warning signs and warning color (moving part is the red / black stripes, protective part is yellow / white stripes).
