Product description

Hydraulic tensioner machine is a kind of tension wheel of tension machine used for transmission line tension stringing and aerial ropeway erection. Hydraulic cable tensioner machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which can provide resistance moment to make conductors, ground wires and optical cables spread through double drums under a certain tension. The power line hydraulic tensioner is used to tense one or more conductors, ground wires and optical cables to obtain good tension state. The cable stringing tension machine is hydraulically controlled for the tensile force and complete with quality parts and components such as hydraulic break, high-performance finned radiator, hydraulic power unit, precision filtering unit to support the safe, high-quality and efficient performance. The hydraulic power unit provides the traction of conductors at both positive and negative directions. The single-beam trailer chassis is also adopted, where lifting points are pre-set for anchoring and temporary anchoring, to achieve a portable compact integrity easy to be loaded, transported and transferred.

4. The engine is equipped with a preheating device, and the engine manual pump and diesel filter are easy to operate.

5. With hydraulic power output interface, it can be used to connect hydraulic wire shafts.

6. The automatic braking function of pressure loss ensures the safety of operation when the engine suddenly goes out or the system loses pressure due to other reasons.

7. With reverse traction function.

8. According to customers’ needs, mobile parallel control box can be configured to centralize the control of two or more devices.
