Overflow Type Ball Mill

Normally, overflow type ball mill adopts wet production structure, which is one of the most widely used ball mill equipments. The finished ore pulp is discharged from the output end by flooding and with a high capacity. Besides, we add grinding head sieve in the grinding end for preventing big materials and grinding mediums from discharging.

Compared with grid ball mill, the ore grinding time of over-flow type mill during production is longer, which makes ore grinded more fully in the machine. And the grinding products granularity are more fine and the unit capacity is little less than the grate ball mill of same type. It is generally applicated in the secondary grinding work. Flow type ball mill is composed of shell, head, bearing, driving parts, gearwheel and feeding and discharging devices.
