Fused quartz wedge prisms are designed for a range of laser beam oriented applications that require UV-Vis or one to four layers of Nd: YAG harmonic antireflection films. They have been optimized and strictly controlled specifications are used to ensure a high performance level of the system, including λ/ 10 surface flatness, 20-10 surface quality and 15 arc second wedge tolerance. The Nd: YAG coated version has high transmittance and ensures the laser damage threshold specific to the design wavelength.
