2. Structure and Principle

a.Structure

KZX nylon stabilizer is a newly developed patented anti- partial-wear pumping well product, it has simple structure, easy to use and long life, relatively low costs.

b.Principle

The centralizer connected to the rod, the outside diameter of rod centralizer body is greater than the coupling , the role played righting; the centralizer body is to use high strength wear-resistant material made of plastic, tubing centralizer body and contacts centralizer body friction to wear, and reducing the sucker rod and tubing wear, in order to achieve the purpose of preventing partial-wear. Using straight serrated and spiral groove straight sets rotating and uniform wear centralizer in order to achieve the purpose of long service life.

4. Use principles

a.If it is little partial-wear well section, a set of this product will be installed on three sucker rods.

b.If it is less serious partial-wear well section, a set of this product will be installed on two sucker rods.

c.If it is serious partial-wear well section, a set of this product will be installed on a sucker rod.

d.If it is the most serious partial-wear well section (and the inflection point), in addition to installing a set of this product on a sucker rod, and then installing a nylon centralizer on the middle of the rod.

5. Usage

a.When you are using this product, fasten the back-up tong on the square of sucker rod, tightened pipe wrench on the flat object which below centralizer, and then fasten the coupling(namely three teeth), at last tightened pipe wrench of the sucker rod.

b.When the stabilizer is installed in downhole, the sucker rod guide will be installed at the wellhead.

c.It must be smooth when going down, and it should be less than 8 m per minute rate.

d.When take this centralizer out of oil well, in order to ensure that the stabilizer does not deform or loose button, fasten the back-up tong on the square of sucker rod, and take off the pipe wrench from centralizer.

e.When take the centralizer out of oil well, centralizer sleeve is worn 2 / 3, as well as the damage, deformation, rotation and other phenomena are not flexible and should be replaced.

6. Notes

a.The stabilizer in the handling and transport process, the non-bump and avoid the rain.

b.When you are using this product, fasten the back-up tong on the square of sucker rod, tightened pipe wrench on the flat object which below centralizer, and then fasten the coupling, at last tightened pipe wrench of the sucker rod, in order to ensure that the stabilizer does not deform.

c.Sucker rod guide must be installed.

d.In the old oil well tubing, and the old pipeline bolt must deduct 45°chamfering processing.
