Washing liquid in petroleum drilling fluid CW210L     Product Description   CW210L ORGANIC TYPE AND NON-PHOSPHORUS WASHING LIQUID SUMMARY l  CW210L has stronger permeation function, which can effectively disperse and wash the well mud-cake generated by drilling process. Thus, it can markedly improve displacement efficiency. l  CW210L is an organic, neutral, non-phosphorus, non-toxic and low-foaming washing liquid, which is mainly used to prepare washing liquid and spacer liquid when using oil-base drilling fluid to cement well. It can be also used in water-base drilling fluid well. l  CW210L can saturate and suspend loose mud-cake and has good thermostability. l  CW210L has good rheology behavior. l  CW210L still has good activity at low temperature system. SPECIAL ATTENTIONS l  Slurry Compatibility test for washing fluid formulated with CW210L should be done. l  CW210L washing-liquid can not be prepared with water containing additive s or high concentration salt, unless it may lead to bad results because of bad compatibility. l  Sometimes, CW210L will show slightly muddy, which is normal and will not influence the performance.
