The oil counter flow meter is called oval gear flow meter , one kind of positive displacement flow meter, mainly composed by meter house ,two gears, transmitter and other parts.It can transform the liquid flow in the pipeline into flow pulse signal or analog signal output. The flow pulse signal or analog signal can connected to flow computer instrument or PLC or DCS system or other terminal instrument and supporting system, and it can realize distance measurement display, automatic control regulation, record if needed.
The oil counter oval gear flow meter is characterized by large range, high accuracy, low pressure loss, strong adaptability viscosity, high temperature and high viscosity liquids can be measured, calibration convenient, easy to install and so on. It is applied to crude oil, chemicals, chemical metering, transportation, commerce, food, medicine, industry, research and military traffic.
