Product description
Piston Rod Seal PU IDU type is a special piston seal suitable for the Chinese machinery and equipment market. The groove design can adopt Chinese standard JB/ZQ4265.
Application of Polyurethane Seals:
Working pressure: ≤32MPa (PU)Working temperature: -40℃～+80℃ (PU)
Working pressure: ≤32MPa (NBR)
Working temperature: -30℃～+100℃ (NBR)
Reciprocating speed: ≤0.5m/s
Media: mineral oil, air
Note: To prevent extrusion, it is recommended to install a retaining ring on the heel of the seal when the pressure is above 140MPa.
Ring Sealing Installation:
Such seals shall have an axial clearance (see columns h and H in the table). Integral pistons are available. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.Material:
KVK polyurethane material with a hardness of 90 degrees.High-performance NBR with a hardness of 88 degrees.
