Product description

The measurement of the nozzle is based on the throttling principle of fluid mechanics. When the fluid filling the pipe flows through the nozzle in the pipe, the flow beam will form a local contraction at the nozzle, thereby increasing the flow speed and reducing the static pressure. As a result, a pressure drop or pressure difference occurs before and after the nozzle. The greater the flow rate of the medium flow, the greater the pressure difference generated before and after the nozzle. According to the relationship that the square root of the pressure difference is proportional to the flow rate, a differential pressure meter is used to measure the pressure difference to determine the fluid flow rate.

     Applicable media: suitable for high temperature and high pressure steam and water, and can also be used for various gases and liquids;
     Nominal diameter: DN50—DN500 (DN>500 can also be designed and produced);
     Working pressure: ≦42MPa;
     Working temperature: -50℃ — 650℃;
     Pressure taking method: corner pressure taking;
     Nozzle installation method: pipeline type, clamping type, welding type;
     Implementation standards: IS05167; GB/T2624;
     Accuracy: standard ±1.0%;
     Material: flange or clamping piece: carbon steel, alloy steel; stainless steel, etc. can be selected according to the medium temperature;

     Applicable media; especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure steam and water, and can also be used for various gases and liquids;
     Nominal diameter: DN50—DN500;
     Working pressure: ≦42MPa;
     Working temperature: -50℃ - 650℃;
     Pressure measurement method: diameter distance (D-D/2) pressure measurement;
     Installation method of nozzle parts: attach and weld the upper and downstream pipe sections and set pressure holes according to the diameter distance (D-D/2);
     Implementation standards: IS05167; GB/T2624;
     Accuracy: standard ±2.0%;
     Material: Upstream and downstream pipe sections can be selected from carbon steel, alloy steel; stainless steel, etc. according to the medium temperature;

     Nozzle: stainless steel 304; 316, etc.
