Non-stiick PTFE adhesive fabric for sealing machine

Non-stick PTFE adhesive fabric is added the EVA glue behind. It's non-stick and heat resistant, the highest temperature resistant can up to 260 c, and the tape usually has long service life. We can provide many different thickness, ranges from 0.13mm to 0.35mm. The color are brown , black and white. Ordinarily, the size is 1m x 50m per roll, but any other size required, we can customize, too.

The PTFE adhesive tape is widly used in FPC, LCD,  packing, sealing machine, drying machine and so on, because of the propertaty of high temperature, chemical resistance, non-stick and low friction surface. For wase of use, we can also provide the PTFE adhesive tape with yellow release paper. Just peel off the release paper and use it, and it will not redecu the stickness.

Property of PTFE adhesive fabric for sealing machine:

Non-stick PTFE adhesive fabric is is coated with acrylic adhesive in the back, that allow for easy release, long work time, good tensile strength and heat resistant. The properties of the PTFE adhesive fabric is as following.

1. Temperature resistance: -70°C up to plus 230°C. For the silicone PSA and acrylic of the tape, the higher the temperature, the greater the viscosity.

2. Our PTFE adhesive tape uses the pressure senstive silicone adhesive, it is sticker and works for longer time than any other silicone.

4. Smoothly and non-stick surface: allows the products can be taken away from it easily.

Application of PTFE adhesive fabric:

Non-stick PTFE adhesive fabric is widly used in many seras, used as release tape for the protection of sealing jaws and heat-sealing wires on equipment such as bag and L-sealing machine. They can also be found in vacuum and blister packing operations too.

1. Insulation:  wire and cable insulation and protection for industry like LCD/FPC/PCB; slot-stick, slot liners, spacers, field and armature winding.

2. Packaging: used in form fill and seal, impulse/L-bar and poly bag sealing.

3. Printing: Nonstick roll coverings for printing and textiles.

4. Chemical processing: tank seals and contaminant barriers, gaskets, lining of spray booths, guide rails, membranes, seals & diaphragms, corrosion resistant chute, drum, hopper liners.
