  Our polyvinyl acetate emulsion (PVAC white emulsion) is based on vinyl acetate monomer-based polymers.It is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, non-inflammable and explosive materials, good initial viscosity. Applied to wood, paper, fiber bonding porous  materials bonding. This product is widely used in printing, wood processing, construction, leather,  cigarette,aluminum foil paper,sandpaper etc., It can also be used for processing of interior wall paint,  steel with insulation board.  The implementation standard: Q/320791HAH01

Characteristics Strong adhesive, non-toxic tasteless, non-corrosive, non-polluting, anti-aging properties. Major usage Used for wood processing, production of wooden furniture; between MDF, MDF and wood bonding  between paper; printing and binding; indoor and outdoor decoration and other building materials. Note: when used, the substrate should be clean and dust-free, so as not to affect bond strength. Notes Item 1. This product should be used in  10-40 °C temperature range indoor,the storage temperature should be above 0 °C, and it could accept  not longterm ultraviolet radiation. Low temperature will cause decline in bond strength at the same time,  after adhesive curing in the absence of the product should be in more than 10 °C  environment conservation place, or cause to open plastic phenomenon, storage temperature is too low,  then easily lead to emulsion by freeze, in this case, the goods should be placed about  30-40 °C heating thaw naturally, before the use of restitution. Storage period of twelve months.
