FAQ 1. Our products are made of composite graphite or wax. It's a kind of new material, and it's safe. 2. Our product can meet REACH, and certificated for EN71-1,2,3,9 and ASTMF963-08, D-4236. 3. Flexcils can change their shape or length according to customer's request. Different shapes don't effect price as long as they are in same size. 4. Our general MOQ is 5000 sets for each design. but for first trial order the quantity can be negociated. 5. The payment term that we can accept at this moment is TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery or against documents. 6. Leading time for first order might be longer due to the confirmation of specialized designs. And general leading time is 25-35 days after receipt of deposit. 7. We will provide samples for free, but freight should be covered by customer.
