The Electroplating Coating Diamonds have the following features:
(1). Enhance the bonding between the diamond crystal and the resin bond.
(2). Reduce the damages to the diamond during high temperature grinding process. By being coated, diamond can keep its original natures, instead of being carbonized and oxidized.
(3). Improve thermal conductivity during grinding. Since the metal coating on the synthetic diamond particles transfers heat slower than diamond particles do and most of heat can be transferred to inosculating intermedium, the synthetic diamond can be protected from overheating.
