Description Instant noodles production line is used to fully automatically produce ripple.type instant noodles with high automaticity, easy operation, moderate output, good energy conservation and small floor space. Technological Process Raw Materials Configuration→ Mixing→ Pressing & Shaping→ Cooking→ Cutting→ Frying→ Cooling & Oil Filtering Equipment Configurations Flour Mixer: Stir mixed flour, salt, alkali and other additives evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different GY flour mixer model according to different output requirements. Pressing & Shaping Machine: This machine consists of pressing part and shaping part. The pressing part has 5 rollers and it is used to enhance the tenacity of paste and press the paste thinner to be belt shape by rolling compaction many times. The shaping part is used to cut the paste in belt shape into noodle shape by its cutting knife and make the noodles into wave shape by its wave former. The speed of pressing & shaping machine can be adjusted by controller. Cooking Machine: Curing & finalize instant noodle shape with high temperature vapor from cooking machine. Cutting Machine: Cut noodles into the required length and fold the noodles into block shape. Frying Machine: Frying the instant noodles to be better taste and have longer storage time. There are electric model and vapor model of frying machine for choosing. Cooling & Oil Filtering Conveyor: Cool instant noodle promptly to satisfy the packing requirement. And Filter the oil of instant noodles at the same time of cooling Characteristics The size of instant noodles can be adjusted easily. Pressing & shaping machine, cutting machine and frying machine are all frequency control. Rolling pressing design make the noodles more springy. Adopt good quality and food-grade stainless steel, which is longer service life and neatness. Longer frying length to ensure good cooking and better taste of instant noodles. Cooling conveyor is special designed with oil filtering function. High automation and accurate control system to save labor cost and improve the quality of final products.
