Quality Control:

1. Brush Cutter Spare Parts Testing: We will test the spare parts quality before assembling. It includes the appearance, main spare parts performance.

2. Brush Cutter Sample Testing: After the spare parts test, we will assemble 1-2 samples, to make the test before mass assembling. The testing includes the endurance test, to see if the machine conformed to the endurance standard.

3. Brush Cutter Inspection: Our quality inspector will inspect the semifinished product during the production.

4. Brush Cutter Adjusting: After assembling, we will adjust the carburetor for each machine.

5. Brush Cutter Final Testing: re-test as step 2.

Brush Cutter Packing A:

1. Brush cutter engine with right handle and all other accessories in one color carton.

2. Brush cutter shaft with left handle in one brown box.

Brush Cutter Packing B:

1. Brush cutter engine with handles, gear case ass’y, clutch ass’y, and all other accessories in one color carton.

2. Each brush cutter pipe ass’y in one paper reel bag, 20 pieces of bags in one blown box.

Brush Cutter Packing C:

1. Brush cutter engine assembled with shaft, and packed in a T type carton, with all the accessories.

1. Our chain saws pass the CE certification, with EMC and MD certificate, and testing report.
