PTFE (also called Teflon ) has excellent resistance to both acids and alkalis, restricted abrasion resistance, and has a maximum operating temperature of 500º F. The PTFE felts are costly due to an intensive production process. In return PTFE has an outstanding thermal and chemical stability. Our company selects high-quality fine fibers to increase the filtration area of the filter material and reduce the filtration gap of the filter material, which improves the filtration efficiency of the filter material, reduces the emission concentration and operation resistance。It is widely used in power station, waste incineraton , urban garbage dust collection , chemical and other harsh working conditions, and the PTFE coated needle felt filter bags is the ideal type dust fitler bags operated in Waste incineration for the dust removal. Our FZ filter PTFE felt norally is made the 700-800gram weight,with a special process of th thermal lamination of PTFE felt and PTFE memerane, Smooth surface, high dust stripping, easy to remove ash and can reach filtering efficiency 99.9%.
