Motovario Standard Worm gearbox
Size: NMRV025/040. NMRV030/040. NMRV030/050. NMRV030/063, NMRV040/075, NMRV040/090. NMRV050/110, NMRV063/130
It is combined by two single step reducers and has all the virtues of them, with larger ratio
Structure Features
1. Made of high-quality aluminumalloy, light in Weight and non-rusting

Main Materials
1. Housing: Die-cast aluminum alloy(size 025-090), cast iron(size 110-150)
2. Worm sahft: 20CRMNTI, carbonize heat treatment make the hardness of gear's surface up to 56-62 HRC. Retain carburization layer's thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding
3. Worm wheel: Wearable stannum bronze alloy
Surface painting
Aluminum alloy housing:
1. Shot blasing and special antiseptice treatment on the aluminum alloy surface
2. After phosphating, pain with bule. Sliver, grey, red or based on customer demands.
