1.Description of Flotation separator

  Flotation cell is widely used for roughing, concentrating and recovering flotation of nonferrous metals that include copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, ferrous metal. It can also be used for separating nonmetallic minerals. like coal & fluorite.
In flotation cell concentration, the mineral is usually transferred to the froth, or float fraction, leaving the gangue in the pulp or tailing.

Each cell with 3 functions: air absorption, slurry absorption, floatation separation;  The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower vanes, which produce upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry respectively.  

3.Application of Flotation separator

1). Flotation is a selective process and can be used to achieve specific separation from complex ores such as lead-zinc, copper-zinc, etc.       Initially developed to treat the sulphides of copper, lead, and zinc, the field of flotation has now expanded to include the oxidized minerals, non-metallic ores and fine coal.   2). Flotation machines are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation.      

4.Structure and working principle of Flotation separator

  The flotation machine's impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. inhale sufficient air to mix with ore pulp & stir ore pulp and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth.     

5.Advantages of Flotation separator

Compared with common flotation machine, SF flotation machine has the following advantages: Increase concentrate grade of by 4-6%. Increase cycling rate by 8%. Increase production by 12%.
