Introduction: The RDW-P Full Automatic Dripping Soft Capsule Production Line (or seamless soft capsule production line) is new pharmaceutical equipment based on the most advanced technology of the world. The production line consists of main machine of full automatic dripping soft capsule machine, gound feeding tank, fluidized forming tumbler, finally drying trays and tolleries. The main machine of the Dripping Soft Capsule Production Line consists of feeding system, circulating system, refrigeration system, pulse liquid cutter system, and electric control system. The inherent shortcoming of old pumping dripping pill equipment, such as inaccurate loading and poor stability, are overcome in this machine. The general process: the medical solution in the tank is pumped by the high precision feeding pump to the special stainless steel dripper, where the medical solution and gelatin folllowing by gravity form flowing columns in which the gelatin cover outside the medical inside. The columns will be cut by a pulse liquid cutter in constant interval, then spherical dripping pills will form in presence of surface tension of the liquid and form seamless soft capsules. The capsules will be cooled discharged automatically via the thermostatically controlled circulating paraffin oil. Finally, the soft capsules will be removed rapidly. As the dripping capsules become round and smooth and with some elastictity the formed soft dripping capsules will be clean and final-dry in drying trays. After drying, the moisture content in the skin of seamless soft dripping capsules will be reduced into the range specified by the pharmacopoeia, and is allowed to enter the packaging process after inspection and polishing. This machine have been widly used in production of the dripping soft capsule of medicine, health production, nutration food and cosmetic industries, as its high precision loading, high automation, and small occupation.
