The Shape and the roller

The finished products usually 20-60mm, can be square shape, egg-shape, ball shape, round shape, oval shape, heart shape, bread shape, pillow shape, column shape etc, 

What is more, the molds can be customized according to customer`s special demands.  

The main rollers adopt high-quality manganese steel materials(65Mn/9Cr2Mo), greatly improving the wear resistance and pressure ability, 

make the ball press machine has a long service life, has been widely used in recent years

Working principle

Materials enter hopper and then pass the two rotation roll . Under the pressure, materials become ball shape from powder .

Electricity control box is used to control opening and closing of whole briquette production line                                                                                   

1.the raw Moisture in 9%-15% is better. If higher than 15%, need to dry, then can briquette.

2.the raw materials` size is better to be less than 3mm. If not, crusher is needed.

3.Uniformity: Mixer may be needed to make materials homogeneous.

4 If your city weather is drippy, you can use briquette dryer for drying final briquette.
