Nucleating transparent agent promotes the resin to crystallize by providing crystal nucleus and makes the structure of the crystal grain fine, thus improving the products’ rigidity, heat distortion temperature, dimension stability, transparency and luster

Nucleating transparent agent can shorten the molding cycle of products, expand the processing conditions and strengthen the smoothness

Appearance: white powder without peculiar smell
Melting point: 255 to 265°C
Loss on drying: ≤0.5%
Grain size: ≥325 mesh

Applications:

Specially applicable to transparent plastic products like medical supplies, stationery, beverage packaging, transparent cups, bowls, basins, plates, CD boxes and so on, also fit for the high temperature sterilization products and widely used in PP sheet and transparent PP tubes
It can directly be used after mixing with PP dryly and also be used after being made into 2.5 to 5% seed grains
The transparency of 0.2 to 0.4% nucleating transparent agent is rather significant
Proposed amount of addition is 0.2 to 0.4% and the processing temperature is 190 to 260°C

Storage and packaging:

External packaging is carton with 10 or 15kg/box
Internal packaging is triad compound bad with 5kg/bag
It can also be discussed separately according to customer’s requirement
The product should be preserved in shady, cool and dry places
If the product isn’t run out this time, please fasten the neck of the bag
The preservation period is three years under the sealed condition
