This product is your ideal spraying tool for spray-forming the appearance of various metal parts to make the workpiece beautiful and durable. It can spray plastic for any metal parts. The sprayed surface after forming can prevent the corrosion of various chemical substances and the irradiation of ultraviolet rays. It is much stronger than liquid spraying and more than ten times stronger than ordinary paint. In the production process, there is no need to add any organic solvents, no toxic volatiles are generated, and no environmental pollution is caused.
No special training is required to use this product. As long as you read the instructions carefully, you can fully master it in a short period of time, and be proficient in operating, realize your ideas, and obtain the ideal decorative parts for exterior spraying.
One. Power requirements: Use a 220V AC power supply with a safety ground. When in use, the machine must be grounded.
two. Air source requirements: The compressed air pressure used must be 0.5 to 1.2 kg. It is recommended to use 1.0 kg, the air pressure at this time is the most ideal.
three. Environmental requirements: good ventilation and dry.

six. caveat:
1. Because the machine generates high-voltage static electricity, the user must use a dry work place at the work place. In addition, the machine must be safely grounded. Do not unplug the grounding plug. This is important for protecting the machine and preventing electric shock. To avoid danger, touch the discharge pin to the grounding clamp to discharge after each use.
2. When the particles of plastic powder fall into the air, they will burn and explode when they come into contact with the fire source. Therefore, all hidden dangers must be eliminated and isolated from all fire sources. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to remove plastic powder on the ground. Wear a dust cover when working to protect personal safety.
Seven. Preparation before use:
1. Preparation of plastic sprayed parts: The surface of the sprayed parts should be derusted, degreased and phosphated. The parts should have dry, smooth and clean surfaces.
2. Prepare an oven so that the sprayed parts can be baked in the oven. The sprayed parts are best hung in the oven with metal spreaders.
3. Prepare a power source and socket with the same voltage as the injection molding machine. The power supply must be provided with a safety ground.
4. Prepare the gas source. Air source pressure is generally 0.5 kg to 1.2 kg, and 1.0 kg air source pressure is recommended.
5. Put the dry plastic powder into the bottle. The amount of plastic powder is about 5 cm from the bottom of the bottle.
Eight. Common troubleshooting:
1. The powder layer on the sprayed surface is too thick, forming a pile, and the plastic surface will have a granular phenomenon after baking. The accumulation of plastic powder can be blown off with air.
2. Polyester plastic powder can cause graininess on the plastic surface after baking, so it is necessary to control the thickness of the surface powder layer. The granulated plastic surface that has been produced can be smoothed with 400 grit sandpaper and then sprayed again.
3. The sprayed surface is not smooth or has air holes, which is caused by humidity, and the dry plastic powder or water vapor separator needs to be replaced.
4. If the gun does not spray powder, it may be that the air pressure is too low, or there is too much moisture in the water vapor separator, which causes the air intake to be blocked, and the water vapor separator needs to be replaced.
5. The direction of plastic powder dispersion during spraying can adjust the distance between the discharge needle end disperser and the gun body.
6. If the surface of the part is not ideally sprayed after baking, and it needs to be re-sprayed, the part can be sanded with 400-grit sandpaper and then uniformly sprayed and then baked in the oven.
