 Tank Body System:According to liquid`s chemical properties, specific technology needs, investment intentions and other factors ,materials of cold sheet, glass steel, stainless steel, PVC, PP can be used. According to liquid`s chemical properties and user's habits,the overflow mouth, pollution point and sewage outfall can be determined.
Heating System: Energy method: electricity, steam, natural gas, diesel, etc.
Material: Q235, stainless steel, PTFE
Heat Preservation System Thickness: Determine the thickness of insulation layer according to temperature.
Material: rock wool, aluminum silicate cotton.
Ventilation System: Determine the ventilation system,acording to liquid`s chemical properties, customer requirements.
Material: Q235, glass steel, stainless steel, PVC, PP, etc.
Liquid Agitating System: Mechanical agitation, air agitation, circular agitating at the outside of tank.
Controlling System 7.5KW below,start direct ;7.537KW, using stars Triangle Start; 37KW over the use of softstart.

This is a conventional pre-treatment wherein the plant cost is less and is suitable for low volume production lines. The chemicals are stored in the MS/SS fabricated tanks. The components are placed in the baskets or cages and they are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period of time. The movement of the basket or cage can be either manual; with a monorail and hoist or automatic with a transporter system.
Immerse the treated workpiece in surface treatment tank filled with liquid,a certain period of time of chemical reaction and cleaning will finish degreasing, rust, phosphating, passivation,washing processes and etc.
