It is used in the most demanding motorsport (F1) and aerospace applications to create incredibly strong sandwich panels.           Generally speaking, the strength of Honeycomb Core depends on the cell size and weight of the core. The smaller the cell size is, the higher the strenght will be, the better & thicker the material is, the higher the strength will be. Customers could order special widths as well in accordance with customer's requirement.
