Menstrual cup molding service

Menstrual cups are typically made using a molding process. The process involves heating a thermoplastic material, such as medical-grade silicone, to a specific temperature and then injecting it into a mold. The mold is designed to create the desired shape and size of the menstrual cup.

The mold is made from two parts, a male and female part. The male part is the core of the mold and the female part is the cavity. When the two parts are put together, they create a hollow space that is the exact shape and size of the menstrual cup.

Once the mold is assembled and heated, the silicone material is injected into the cavity. The material is then allowed to cool and solidify, taking on the shape of the mold. The mold is then opened, and the newly formed menstrual cup is removed.

After the molding process, the menstrual cup undergoes further processing, such as trimming excess material and sterilization, before it is ready for use.
