MCOB T8 T5 tube, adopted Multi-Chip on Board strip encapsulation technology, is invention patent encapsulation, achieve technical breakthrough of COB long strip. That MCOB encapsulation case, LED chip series and parallel connection directly encapsulated Aluminum base board.
 Compare tradition SMD，that have advances bellow :

1. MCOB  every lighting point beam more than 160°; Ordinarily SMD beam maximum only 140°. MCOB’s light emitting be well-proportioned
2. MCOB, chip encapsulated directly Al base board, but SMD need have lead frame, and through SMT fixed Al base board, so the inner temperature need through for transfer Al base board and heat dissipation bar. MCOB light panel’s heatsink is dissipation to Al base board at once. Therefore MCOB temperature dissipation efficiency better SMD.
3. MCOB strip, according to designed circuit encapsulated directly, didn’t re-SMT. But SMD strip inevitable appear unsoldering on carriage and installed due to working procedure. That is to say, MCOB’s stability more better than SMD.
4. MCOB strip, adopted small power multi-point encapsulation technology, whole PCB current is low; but SMD strip used chip power form 0.06W to 0.5W,  so current more high, in addition heat dissipation secondary, therefore impact directly using lifespan.
