Product Description Product Application MC series ordinary En Mass Conveyor is one kind conveyor which works in sealed rectangular shell and use the moving scraper chain to continuously convey the bulk material such as powder/granules/small lumps.The scaper chain is covered by the materials when conveying process,so we call it as "En Masse Conveyor".
Features: 1.Shape is curved,Can work inclinedly within 150 degree angle, 2.Long lifetime,work steadily,high conveying capacity, low energy consumption, the damage rate of material is lower; 3.simple constructure,light weight,small volum, good sealing, convenient to maintain. 4.Can work single or in group or together with other devices; 5.Flexible conveyors with many inlet/outlet; 6.Protect the enviroment & materials & work conditions because of its sealed shell;     With same reason, it's more suitable for explosive/high temperatured/deleterious etc. materials conveying, 7.Widely used in chemical/machnical/metallurge/grain/medcine/traffic/electric power/lingt industry etc; 8.Conveyed material are in small sizes such as powder/granules/lumps etc.
9.The material can not adhere to scraper seriously, so we need to control the percentage of moisture. 10.Material size is related to hardness, it's not suitable for conveying if the size is too big.
