The casting plant can cast kinds of steel castings, iron castings and precision steel castings with weight 120 tons below. They are including roll, mill housing, frame, box body, gear blank, sleeves, slideway, valve body, valve seat, pulley, connecting rod etc.
Our forging branch plant can manufacture the forgings such as shafts, flanges, rings, abnormal shape forgings and all specifications of hook forgings which are made of carbon structural steel, tool steel, ball-bearing steel, spring steel and various alloy steel. The principal equipments are including various kinds of large-scale free forging hydraulic presses and free forging hammers with different tonnages. The maximum forging ring isφ 1500, flange isφ 1000 and shaft is Φ 500× 17000.
Meanwhile, our casting branch plant has large, medium and small electric arc furnace, ladle refining furnace with different tonnages. We also have cupola furnace & intermediate frequency induction furnace for iron casting and copper casting. Our precision castings are produced by silica solution, soluble glass and dissolved mould technology. The products are mainly exported to America, Europe, Asia and other regions, and the products have got good comments from all the customers. The heat treatment branch plant has controlled atmosphere heat treatment production line and various of electric smelting furnaces which can do the heat treatment such as quenching, annealing, tempering, etc. The precise testing methods of the plant can be used for mechanical property and chemical composition inspections and all kinds of flaw detections.
