Its core structure is very simple, but very useful. You can see here, a Cross-shape with three direction pipes capped, only one way is flat with a circle dot on it. 

Firstly, we prepare a big bottle of liquid and a vial with powder, open both of them. Take the medicine mixer keep the circle dot down and right, make sure the groove of the horizontal upwards, and remove the cap of right pipe, insert the sharp right pipe into big bottle’s rubber hole, remove the cap of left pipe, insert the sharp left pipe into the powder vial’s rubber hole, press the big bottle and upside-down shake the medicine mixture evenly.The liquid-powder mixture medicine is ready. Make sure one patient, medical mixer. 


Secondly, to mix liquid with liquid, we need to use the long pipe direction, and keep the left pipe for powder capped, remove the long pipe cap, insert the tip of the long pipe into the vial with liquid, press the big bottle to absorb the liquid from vial to big bottle and share the bottle once vial is empty. Then the liquid-liquid mixture medicine is ready. Make sure one patient, medical mixer.
