XLPE, LSHF PVC compound making machine with Two Stages extruder


Typical Features

 

First stage is GL series co-rotating twin-screw mixer,using twin-screw high speed, high shear and strong hybrid advantage,makes material fully plasticized and mixed. 

 Second stage is SJ series single screw extruder. The characteristics of low speed and deep groove provide low shear processing environment, and coupled with barrel cooling, prevent the plasticised material  from overheating decomposition phenomenon during high-pressure extrusion.


Applies to : 

All kinds of heat-sensitive materials processing, such as PVC,XLPE, LSHF  low smoke zero halogen flame retardant cable, shielding material etc.

Application for two stages extruders pelletizing machine (cascade extruders)

1. Plastic recycling: PP plastic bags recycling, PE film recycling

2. Cable material:PVC cable, PVC transparent bottle material, LDPE/HDPE/LLDPE crosslinked cable material

Screw & Barrel

   Screw Kneading block built on modular principle allows various L/D ratio of screw easily be changed to suit different material. Screw component made of high speed & wear-resisting steel.

The screw elements are designed accuratly and made of high tool steel 38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heater treatment.

The SHJ series twin-screw extruders have screw threads made of high grade steel with a five-axis machining tool to reduce clearance and wear.

This twin screw extruder is equipped with PLC controllers and high-level touch screen panels for manual or automatic operations. The extruder’s operating parameters are input and displayed on the touch panel. Designed by CAD, the closely intermeshed screw elements have excellent self-wiping characteristics, and can be interchanged with each other easily. Besides, twin-screw compounding extruder is installed with the newly designed torque distribution system, high-precision grinding of hardened gear teeth, and imported high-quality key bearings.

Furthermore, the system is capable of remote control. This twin screw extruder can be extensively used in many fields, such as polymer blending, homogeneity, plasticization, filling modification and granulation, engineering polymer and glass fiber reinforcement, master batch, functional parent granule, special material, power coating material and cable material reactive extrusion, degassing and devolatilization, etc.
