Liquid Separation Washing Tower

The sewage treatment washing tower is a device used to treat impurities and pollutants in industrial wastewater. According to different processing objectives and process requirements, it can be divided into the following types:

1. Sedimentation washing tower: mainly used to remove suspended solids and solid particles in wastewater, and to precipitate particles to the bottom through gravity, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

2. Adsorption washing tower: uses an adsorbent to adsorb organic substances and heavy metal ions in wastewater, allowing them to adhere to the adsorbent, thereby achieving wastewater purification.

3. Aerated washing tower: By introducing oxygen or air into the wastewater, the organic matter in the wastewater is oxidized and decomposed using the oxidation effect of oxygen, thereby achieving the effect of purifying the wastewater.

4. Activated carbon washing tower: Utilizing the adsorption effect of activated carbon, organic substances in wastewater are adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon, thereby achieving wastewater purification.

These washing towers play different roles in the sewage treatment process, and suitable washing towers can be selected for treatment according to the actual situation. At the same time, different washing towers can also be combined to achieve better treatment results.
