There are two types of concrete:
1) Compacted Concrete: 1, 600~2, 400 Kg/m3
2) Lightweight Concrete:
Lightweight Aggregate Concrete (Ceramsite Concrete, Perlite Concrete): 800~1, 800 Kg/m3
Porous Concrete (Foam Concrete, Aerated Concrete): 400~700 Kg/m3
AAC can be produced with sand, mineral slag, flay ash, tailings, coal gangue, quicklime (CaO) and cement, as well as various industrial wastes according to actual availability of raw material and production technology.
AAC can be easily processed and reconditioned. Sawing, plating, drilling, nailing, etc, are applied on AAC to make it more widely applied in construction.
