The Production Process
Selection of high quality die-casting aluminum tubes and aluminum extruded sections.
We polish every aluminum tube in order to make it smooth.
After painting, air bubble bags are used for protection. Every lamp is assembled by the workers carefully.
24-hour aging line test, lighting test, high voltage test and ground resistance test.
To guarantee the high quality, we make Final Quality Control of the products after packaging.
