Principle

 

E Light(IPL and RF)combines three advanced technologies: Bipolar Radio Frequency + IPL +Skin Contact Cooling.When the three are united in one treatment, wonderful treatment experience and result can be expected. The energy of Radio Frequency can reach the middle and deep layer of the skin and heat up tissue, thus, lower energy is applied during the IPL treatment. Uncomfortable feeling during the IPL treatment will be decreased significantly and better result can be expected. In addition, cooling system involved in E-light can also ease the uncomfortable feeling.The absorbing of the energy of radio frequency is not concerned with melanin. So, the E-Light treatment can get good result on the soft or thin hair so as to decrease the risk caused by traditional IPL treatment.

 

 

Attentions before the treatment

 

1. Consultation

patients who have the following conditions but not limited should not take the treatment :

A. Pregnant lady;

B. Hypersusceptible to light or recently take medicines, such as acheomycin;

C. Skin easy to scar;

D. Diabetes (blisters maybe appear and not easy to heal up);

E. Insolation in sunlight in recent 2 weeks;

F. Heart disease;

G. Epilepsy, and contagious skin disease, such as herpes;

H. Skin cancer.

2. Preparation

When begin the treatment, take off the accessories such as watch, rings, bracelets or other

metallic things which might be reflect light and cause danger during the treatment. Wipe off

the cosmetic and clean the skin. Ware the goggles to protect the eyes of the patients and

the beautician.

3. Sanitize the treatment head with alcoholized cotton balls.

4. Clean the filters with alcoholized cotton balls.

1. Cut or shave hair to 1-2mm or ask patients to shave at home 2-3 days before treatment.

2. Clear treatment area.

3. Turn on machine ,put the 640nm or 690nm filter into the slot, select "hair removal",adjust

the parameter, set it to ‘ready’ .

4. Put cooling gel on treatment area about 2mm.

5. Wear protect goggles for patient and operator.

6. Shot the treatment area, let the crystal tip to touch cooling gel, You are permitted to have

1/3 overlapping on treatment area.

7. Wipe off cooling gel after treatment and clear treatment area with cooling water. If patients

feel warm or hot, you may put ice bag on treatment area until heat disappear.

** If application for removal of facial and upper lip area, the fluency should be reduced by 2 to 3 Joules
