1. How can you promise a lower price than others?
Wiwin is not just a trading company, we are also a factory with over 6 years of manufacturing ecig products in China. We make products ourself and send to you directly without any middleman.

Some chinese small workshops may copy ours which just looks alike but of low quality, and it's illegal, business will be very dangerous, you may loose your customers and reputation.

2. How can you insure good quality?
Wiwin owns a modern factory which covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, including 12, 000 dust-free production plant.
We have a mature quality control system to keep fault rate as low as 2%, and every item will be tested before it goes out.

3. How is your delivery time?
We usually ship by DHL. Sample order would be sent out within 3 working days, bulk order usually 4-7 working days according to quantity, and the DHL shipping takes 3-6 days.

4. How's your after-sale service?
6 months warranty for battery, chargers and 3 months for the cartomizer.
Pls send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repaire them or send you new replacement.
If it is the sample or only several pcs accessoires(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, pls send us some pictures and video about it to confirm your problem, then we will send you free new goods instead
