How does the concrete drum mixer work ?
Simply, the blades fixed in mixing barrel raise the aggregates to a certain height, make them fall down freely. Then gravity can turn into the energy of motion to pull the mixing barrel to move. In detail, a few mixing blades are fixed on the inside wall of the mixing barrel. When reversing concrete drum mixer works, the mixing barrel can rotate in the axial direction. Then with the help of mixing blades, the aggregates can be segmented, lifted, scattered and impacted, so that the aggregates can change their position and the mixing can be done. Besides, non tilting drum mixer stirs aggregates in positive rotation while discharging in opposite rotation.
